Appointments & Policies
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
Cancellation / Reschedule: Must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment
No call / no show: will lose your session from package or pay a $50 fee
Late arrival:
10-minute grace period
After 15 minutes, appointment must be rescheduled and a $20 fee will apply
How to Prepare for Your Appointment

Drink 16–24 oz of water before your session

Bring your compression garment (faja or waist trainer) — if you don’t have one, we carry all sizes at the shop
